All events listed are open to all members of AOUG and their friends and families. OU graduates who are not as yet AOUG members are also welcome to attend for a taster before joining AOUG. Please contact the appropriate Local Contact prior to the day so that they will be ready to greet and welcome you.

2018 Diary Dates

Munster Area

Saturday 29th September. 11am
Meet in the reception area of Tipperary County Museum, Mick Delahunty Square, Clonmel. The Museum tells the story of South Tipperary from prehistoric to modern times. It features artefacts from military, religious, social history, political and natural history. It houses many rare objects such as its art collection featuring exhibits of fifty years of the South Tipperary Arts Group. The town has got a rich heritage trail which can be explored to meet interests of those attending. Please let the Executive Representative know if you are intending to attend. . Look for the carrier of OMEGA. (Car parking available). Entry is free.

Belfast Area

Saturday 8th December. 12noon
Meet in the foyer of the Hilton Hotel, 4, Lanyon Place, Belfast City for a festive Christmas Lunch. The hotel is situated close to Belfast Central Railway Station, bus services and shopping. The Continental Market on the grounds of Belfast City Hall, which is close by, provides entertainment, shopping and amusements to suit all tastes. So, come along and immerse yourself in the spirit of Christmas with AOUG colleagues. Family and friends welcome. The Local Contact will be carrying a copy of OMEGA.
