Diary Dates of AOUG in Yorkshire (07)
2018 Diary Dates
Saturday 12th May. 11am
Meet for coffee at Weatherspoons, The Giant Bellflower, 47A, Gowthorpe, YO8 4HF, before exploring the centre of Selby, including the Abbey and the Market Cross. The Abbey was built in 1069, so there is an amazing amount of history here. The railway station and the bus station appear to be close to these places.
Saturday 2nd June. 10am
Meet in Doncaster for the AOUG in Y AGM. The venue we have used in the past is no longer available, so we are seeking a new one, close to the station. We also hope to arrange a speaker. The meeting will include a raffle and book sale. Any contributions welcome.
Saturday 23rd June. 6.30pm
Meet at The White Lion, The Courtyard, Bridge Gate, Hebden Bridge, HX7 8EX. for a Thirtieth Anniversary Celebratory meal to be served at 7pm. We have a private side room booked. Booking is essential via the Executive Representative by May 1st to be sure of a place. The menu will be circulated to anyone expressing an interest as soon as it is available in March. Please join us to help celebrate!
