Saturday 22nd October. 10.30am

Saturday 12th November. 10.15am
Meet in the buffet at the Oxenhope station of the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, Oxenhope Railway Station, Mill Lane, Oxenhope, BD22 9LB (after purchasing your tickets) ready to board the steam train at 11.00am. The Keighley and Worth Valley Railway is unique as most trains convey a real-ale buffet car, serving real-ale from traditional hand pumps as well as tea, coffee and a selection of soft drinks and snacks. The group plan to travel to the end of the line and then start the return journey, alighting at Ingrow for an hour and a half, to view the railway themed Museums before travelling back on the train departing at 1.21pm. Some may wish to alight at Damems or Oakworth (made famous by the film the Railway Children) to examine the stations before journeying onwards to Haworth to explore the Bronte village before returning to Oxenhope. The last train from Haworth to Oxenhope is 4.35pm, arriving at Oxenhope at 4.40pm although attendees are able to plan their day to suit their own interests.
